By using vintagesack.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Products
Every piece is made from vintage or reclaimed cotton feed-sack fabric, so each item is one-of-a-kind. Colors, print placement, and small imperfections will vary from photo to photo — that's part of the charm. We reserve the right to correct pricing or inventory errors and to cancel orders affected by them.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we charge your payment method and send a confirmation email. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other providers.
Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines, return windows, and exchange rules are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Vintage Sack name, logo, photography, and site content are owned by Vintage Sack. Please don't reuse them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts or refuse orders that do.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vintage Sack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its products. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
