Who we are

Vintage Sack is a small independent clothing brand based in Portland, Oregon. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit vintagesack.com or buy from us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and the items you order.
• Payment information: processed directly by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: pages viewed, device type, and approximate location, collected through Shopify and standard analytics tools to improve the store.
• Marketing: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, and your responses to any messages we send.

How we use it

• Fulfill and ship your order and provide customer support.
• Prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• Send order updates and, if you opted in, occasional updates about new prints and restocks.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers we need to run the shop — including Shopify (e-commerce platform), our payment processors, and shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights
